I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s getting really frustrating. It’s taking way longer than I expected, and at this point I’m starting to wonder if there’s some kind of hidden fee or catch they didn’t mention upfront.

Liberty Tax was okay overall, but I was a little surprised by the fees. They got my taxes done and the service was fine, but I expected a faster response at times and wish the pricing had been explained more clearly upfront. For a standard return, it ended up costing more than I thought it would. Not a bad experience, just pricier than I hoped.

I used Liberty Tax online this year, and it did get my return filed, so I can’t say it totally failed me. The process was mostly easy to follow, but a few sections felt kind of clunky, and I had to backtrack a couple times to fix things that weren’t very clear the first time around.
The price was reasonable, and support was okay, just not especially quick. Not saying it’s a scam, but I expected the site to feel a little smoother for what I paid. It worked in the end, but I’ve definitely used easier online filing options before.

I regret relying on the audit support. The whole process felt confusing and dragged on way longer than I expected. I kept getting passed from one person to another, and in the end, I never really felt like anyone took the time to help me sort out the issue.

I tried booking an appointment twice, because apparently I enjoy checking unavailable time slots for fun. Nothing was open for days, so I called the office too, hoping that might help. Nope, they couldn’t fit me in either. Ended up going somewhere else, which was annoying.

The whole experience was frustrating. The preparer seemed lost with my return and didn’t seem to know some basic tax stuff, which made me really uneasy. It felt like the process only worked when it wanted to, and I was left wondering if anything was being handled correctly...

I called Liberty Tax twice and both times I was stuck on hold way longer than I expected. Maybe they were super busy, but the person who finally picked up sounded annoyed and didn’t really answer what I was asking. It felt like they just wanted to rush me off the phone. I’m assuming this is just how their support is, so I probably won’t use them again.

The tax filing itself went fine, but the communication could’ve been better. I had to follow up a couple of times to get updates, and I wasn’t always sure what the next step was, if that makes sense. They did respond eventually and got everything done, I just wish the follow-up had been a little quicker.

I had an appointment scheduled, but I still ended up sitting there for almost an hour before anyone actually helped me.

The staff seemed nice, but no one really explained what was going on or why it was taking so long. I kept watching other people come and go, which made it even more frustrating.

Tax stuff is already stressful enough, so the long wait really didn’t help. I would’ve appreciated at least an apology or some kind of update. If they can’t stick closer to appointment times, I might go somewhere else next time.

Maybe libertytax.com works fine for other people, but based on that first experience, I probably wouldn’t use them again.
